Lakenya Lott is the CEO of Youth Driven by Purpose, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth in Polk County, Florida. As a native of Lakeland, Lakenya has devoted her career to creating transformative opportunities for young people. She holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Southeastern University, complemented by her education at Hillsborough Community College.

Under Lakenya's leadership, Youth Driven by Purpose, Inc. has launched a variety of successful programs designed to nurture youth potential and foster leadership skills. Her experience in the non-profit sector, along with her commitment to mentorship, inspired her to establish this organization as a platform for youth development.

Lakenya’s vision as CEO is to cultivate a supportive environment that empowers the next generation of leaders. She believes in the importance of mentoring and actively works to reduce recidivism rates among youth. Lakenya's strategic approach and passion for service continue to drive the organization’s mission, making a lasting impact in the community.
